WINTER WEEKEND

One Weekend. Never the Same
Friday, January 30 – Sunday, February 1, 2026

Winter Weekend is a weekend experience created just for Middle and High School students. It kicks off Friday night, continues all day Saturday, and wraps up Sunday at each student’s local Cross Point campus. The weekend is packed with fun, engaging worship, and powerful moments together designed to help students go deeper in their faith and discover what it really looks like to follow Jesus in their everyday life.

What to Expect at Winter Weekend

Winter Weekend kicks off Friday, Jan. 30, at 6:00 PM at Cross Point Nashville. Students will experience a weekend packed with worship, teaching, small groups and late-night fun.

Friday night includes dinner, one main session and a group activity to close out the night.

Saturday runs from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM with morning and evening sessions, small group time, free time activities and lunch and dinner are provided.

The weekend wraps up Sunday morning at each student’s local Cross Point campus, where we’ll share breakfast together and attend the 11:00 AM service as a group.

What are the dates of Winter Weekend?
Friday, January 30 – Sunday, February 1, 2026
What will my student be participating in at Winter Weekend?
Winter Weekend is a weekend experience designed for students to grow closer to God and each other. Our heart is for students to be able to spend maximum time with their small groups – in worship, games, free time activities, and of course small group conversations. There will be no shortage of fun to be had, from late night experiences to free time activities in the afternoon.
Is Financial Assistance available?
Yes! We don’t want money to be reason that a student can not attend Winter Weekend. Therefore, we have Financial Assistance available and this can be requested via our application here. The financial assistance application will be reviewed by our student team and awarded on a as need basis.
Is this an overnight weekend?
Winter Weekend is a conference style event, it does not include overnight accommodation. Students will stay at their own home and be dropped off and picked up each day from Cross Point Nashville. We encourage small groups to carpool together!
What is included in the registration price of Winter Weekend?

Free Time activities
Late night events
T-shirt, booklets, lanyards, etc
Security, production and logistical expenses
Four meals:

  • Dinner on Friday
  • Lunch + Dinner on Saturday
  • Breakfast on Sunday
What ages can attend Winter Weekend?

Students who are currently in 6th grade through 12th grade. Children outside of the grades are not permitted to join.

What is the ratio of adults to students?
We maintain a minimum of one adult to seven students.

 

Is there a dress code?
Yes! All students must follow the guidelines below:
  • No tight clothing or clothing that reveals undergarments
  • No short shorts or skirts
  • Shirts should have straps that are at least three fingers wide 
  • No clothing that promotes alcohol, cigarettes or any other inappropriate items 
  • No clothing with questionable sayings, slogans, etc.

 

Is there ways to serve at this event?

Absolutely! We’d love for you to jump in and serve at Winter Weekend. There are tons of different roles; from leading small groups and helping with check-in, to serving meals, running games, or helping behind the scenes.Whatever your gifting or personality, we can probably find a great spot for you. What time is drop off and pick up each day?
Friday | Check in 6-7PM, Pick up 10PM at Cross Point Nashville
Saturday | Check in 9-9:30AM, Pick up 10PM at Cross Point Nashville
Sunday | 10AM at your local Cross Point Campus
What is the cancellation policy?

All payments are final and no refunds will be permitted. The final date to cancel your student’s registration is January 23, 2026. All cancellations MUST be made in writing to the Cross Point Students team.

If my student cannot attend the whole event, do I still need to pay the full price?

Yes, all students will need to pay the full registration price.
