CAMPUS TEAMS

ASSOCIATE CAMPUS PASTOR

The primary function of the Associate Campus Pastor is to support the Nashville Campus Pastor in the daily leadership and operation of the Nashville campus. To oversee the Groups and Local Good ministry, developing leaders and building teams.

BELLEVUE STUDENT PASTOR

The primary function of the Bellevue Student Pastor is to lead the student ministry by working to achieve the goals of Cross Point Students at the Bellevue Campus.

MT. JULIET GUEST EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR & CAMPUS COORDINATOR

The primary function of the Mt. Juliet Guest Experience Director & Campus coordinator is to lead the strategies and tactics to support the vision of helping people find and follow Jesus by ensuring everyone who attends our church has a remarkable guest experience. To assist, resource and come alongside of the Mt. Juliet campus team to help coordinate special events, outside building usages, organizational campus needs and other ministry duties.

CREATIVE TEAM

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

The primary function of the Communications Director is to be responsible for the organization & strategy behind the deployment of content across mediums and platforms for all ministries and campuses. This leadership role will need an individual capable of overseeing a team of staff and volunteers, to further Cross Point’s mission to help people find and follow Jesus.

COPYWRITER

This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Make an eternal impact through supporting the Cross Point editorial process. Craft words for a range of applications both online and offline. Become the voice of Cross Point, leading people to Jesus and deepening faith through creative discipleship methods. Edit assigned content to ensure the development of trust that leads to transformational experiences. The role is all around creating content outside of our Sunday Services, thinking beyond the hour on a Sunday and instead crafting moments to help others connect with faith throughout the week.

STUDENTS PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR

The primary function of the Students Programming Director is to be responsible for programming and curating experience and environments for Students and College ministries.
