CAMPUS TEAMS
DICKSON STUDENT PASTOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Student Pastor at our Dickson campus to lead the student ministry by working to achieve the goals of Cross Point Students at the campus level.
FRANKLIN GROUPS & LOCAL GOOD DIRECTOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Franklin Groups & Local Good Director to lead the strategies and tactics to support the vision of helping people find and follow Jesus through Community Groups and Local Good at Cross Point Franklin.
MT. JULIET KIDS COORDINATOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Mt. Juliet Kids Coordinator to work with the Mt. Juliet Kids Director to meet the goals of Cross Point Kids by supporting the kids’ ministry at the local campus level. The role of the Kids Coordinator is to support and advance the objectives of Cross Point Kids through strong administrative support, environment prep, and implementing tools that equip and support the volunteer team.
MT. JULIET LOCAL GOOD DIRECTOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Local Good Director Part Time to lead the strategies and tactics to support the vision of helping people find and follow Jesus through Local Good at the Mt. Juliet campus.
NASHVILLE GUEST EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR

Cross Point needs a Nashville Guest Experience Director to lead the Guest Experience Volunteer team to create environments at Cross Point Nashville that make guests feel welcome and at home. To be able to pursue excellence across all our events, ministries, and initiatives.
NASHVILLE KIDS DIRECTOR
This isn’t a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Nashville Kids Director to help families find and follow Jesus by leading the Kids Ministry of Cross Point Church Nashville and working to achieve the goals of the local campus.
NASHVILLE STUDENT PASTOR
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Nashville Student pastor to lead the Student Ministry by working to achieve the goals of Cross Point Students at the Nashville campus.
CREATIVE TEAM
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
This isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. Cross Point needs a Graphic Designer to maintain and execute the design aesthetic of Cross Point, across a range of online and offline outputs. Alongside the practical aspects of the role, there is an expectation to develop, encourage and lead a range of volunteers, through the leadership of the Art Director.
