The primary function of the Hendersonville Guest Experience Director & Campus Coordinator is to lead the guest experience volunteer team to create environments at Cross Point Hendersonville that make guests feel welcome and provide opportunity for people to find and follow Jesus. This position would also assist, resource and come alongside the Campus Pastor and Hendersonville campus team to help coordinate Sunday mornings, special events, and other ministry duties.


The Film Director is responsible for the overall strategy and production of all video content at Cross Point. Your primary focus will be documenting the everyday stories and defining moments in the life of our church and wider community. The role also requires strong leadership in developing and growing a team of contractors and volunteers; overseeing the systems and technologies that support all film making.


The Story Producer will oversee the planning, capturing and archiving of stories within the life of our church, as well as develop and grow the archive of this precious commodity. The story producer will coach their team and support them as they seek out testimonies and find creative ways to document and share them. You must be able to strategically create and produce storytelling content for digital & in-person audiences, while your strong editorial sense will be a valued asset as you lead a team in direction and philosophy.


The primary function of the Central NextGen Resource Coordinator is to resource campus teams to execute weekly ministry. This role will also be responsible for leading volunteer teams to support NextGen experiences & events by prepping and packaging materials needed to implement weekly programming.


The primary function of the NextGen Communications Coordinator is to be responsible for the social media, marketing, and online presence of the Next Gen ministries (kids, students, college). This includes ideation, implementation, and assisting with creation of content, writing across various platforms, and coordinating with Cross Point main socials to have a cohesive voice and image.
