Day Care Positions
At Cross Point we have the privilege of partnering with incredible people who serve in roles connected to, but not directly on, our church staff — roles that help extend our mission beyond the walls of our campuses.
As part of our Marked initiative, we felt prompted to launch a Daycare to help address the urgent childcare crisis in Middle Tennessee. Roles for this new Daycare, as well as other opportunities are listed below. If you feel called and equipped to join in this work, we’d love to hear from you.

Day Care Director
Responsible for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. Working with the staff to create a warm, inspiring environment, while keeping parents informed and engaged. Someone able to have a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all school operations.

Responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director. Assisting in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
