Hendersonville
Kids Director

We’re launching our next campus in Hendersonville and are looking to grow our team! The Hendersonville Kids Director is responsible for leading the Kids Ministry by working to achieve the goals of Cross Point Kids at the Hendersonville campus.

Security and Safety Director

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Criminal Justice or related field from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years of related training; or equivalent combination of education and training. In addition, this position requires five years of related experience. Related experience includes law enforcement or public safety experience, investigative and supervisory experience, monitoring (surveillance) systems, working knowledge of latest security protocols, proficiency in control techniques for hostile persons and ability to recognize and react to hostile / hazardous events and persons.

Dickson
Student Pastor

Student Ministry at Cross Point Dickson continues to grow, and we want to be a place where our students continue to find and follow Jesus! The Student Pastor at Dickson partners with students, parents, local schools and volunteers to enhance environments and uses tools that equip and help drive the vision of Cross Point Students. If you are a strong leader with a passion to see students find and follow Jesus, this is a role for you.

Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director helps oversee developing policies, employment, compensation, benefits, training and employee services. Priority will be given to applicants that have at least 3 years of experience in office administration, personnel management or other areas in the human resources field, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related fields.

Marketing and Social Media Manager

Do you have experience in digital strategy and/or copywriting? Do you pride yourself on your attention to detail? If so, the Marketing and Social Media Manager role may be for you. The purpose of this full-time role is to tell the story of Cross Point to our church, city and global audience.

Mt. Juliet
Director of Groups & Guest Experience

As Cross Point Mt. Juliet continues to grow, we are looking for someone to lead the charge in helping people to find and follow Jesus through our Groups and Guest Experience ministries. If you have a pastoral heart, proven ability in leading teams and developing systems and strategies, this could be the perfect role for you!
