The primary function of the Franklin Kids Ministry Coordinator is to work with the Franklin Kids Director to meet the goals of Cross Point Kids by supporting the kids’ ministry at the local campus level. The role of the Kids Ministry Coordinator is to support and advance the objectives of Cross Point Kids through strong leadership, administrative support, environment prep and implementing tools that equip, support and grow the volunteer team.



The Production Manager executes all location needs related to audio, video and lighting and ensures delivery with excellence during worship services and meetings. This position provides leadership and training to the Production staff and volunteers at all Cross Point locations, specifically as it pertains to the state of the art “tools of the trade” used by the Live Experience teams.


To oversee and curate the worship culture of Cross Point Church. The Programming Director is responsible for the sound, tone and experience of the weekend worship experience for all campuses. In addition, the Programming Director is responsible for delivering on the look, feel, culture and philosophy of a Cross Point live event. This includes music, audio, video, etc. This job includes leading the Music and Production teams.

The role requires a broad knowledge of experience in audio, video, lighting, staging; an extensive, professional experience in live production; demonstrated effective leadership ability; and experience in leading and developing staff and volunteers.
