Cross Point Kids

Cross Point Kids

This is what it’s all about: Kids finding purpose and community, and having a ton of fun as they learn about Jesus.
That’s why the hour on Sunday that we spend with your child, ages birth through 5th grade, is infused with intentional small groups, crazy games, interactive teaching and dynamic worship.

We hope your kids leave on Sundays full of excitement about their experience in Cross Point Kids.

Here’s what your child will experience at Cross Point.

We understand the challenge of having faith conversations with elementary-aged kids. Our First Steps experience is specifically designed to help, as you discuss how to begin a relationship with Jesus.

Child Dedication is an experience designed for parents of young children, to partner alongside friends, family, and Cross Point as you head into this new stage of life with your child.

We believe following Jesus can be messy but it can also be so much fun! That is what Big Gross Adventure is all about! We would love your kids to join us this summer for this free, fun, and gross adventure!

Online Kids

We want to offer your family the opportunity to experience from home what your kids would in-person at Cross Point Kids on a Sunday. Watch and engage with your kids as a family with this video experience. Print out the activity if you can, and be sure to check out the Parent Cue in order to connect what your kids learn into their everyday lives!

We don’t know about you, but we are eager for a little bit of normal. While we can’t go backwards, our goal here in Cross Point Kids is to provide your family with some consistency. Below you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions.

When will Nashville offer Cross Point Kids?
We are offering Cross Point Kids programming for ages infant-6th grade in our temporary space during the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM services while the campus kid’s area remains closed for a little while longer. Due to the effects of the March 2020 tornado, the Cross Point Kids hallways are currently under construction. Stay tuned for more information from your local Kids’ Director!

When will Hendersonville offer Cross Point Kids?
We are offering Cross Point Kids programming for ages infants-6th grade. Our Hendersonville location remains a mobile campus. Stay tuned for more information from your local Kids’ Director!

My family and I have never attended Cross Point Kids. How do we check in our child? We are SO excited you are considering Cross Point Kids! We can’t wait to meet you and your family! When entering the Cross Point Kids hallway, a smiling volunteer will be waiting to help you check in. We will ask for your family’s contact information, as well as specifics regarding your child. Our Guest Check-In host will then take you and your child to their appropriate room.

Do I need to reserve a spot for my child? Getting ready and out the door on a Sunday morning is a lot. So to make it easier, we will not be doing pre-registration or a ticket system for your child. All you need to do is show up to whichever experience you would like to attend!

Will any of the staff or volunteers be wearing masks?
Masks are optional at all of our Cross Point campuses.

Does my child need to wear a mask?
Masks are optional. We encourage you to have a conversation with your child about what your preference is as a family. Disposable masks will be available to anyone that would like one (but feel free to bring your own!).

Will you be providing snacks for my child?
Please feel free to provide something for your child before or after the service!

How are you cleaning the building?
We have room cleaning processes and standards in place to make sure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly. This includes, but is not limited to, door handles, chairs, tables, and check-in screens. All cleaning solutions used are approved by the EPA, and are able to kill coronavirus when used appropriately. Trash will be removed before and after each service, with new liners placed in them. Further, high touch, hard to clean items will be removed from our rooms.

Will you provide hand sanitizer?
EVERYWHERE – we will have hand sanitizer available around the premises for leaders and families.
