How often do I serve?
We ask that our volunteers serve consistently, but we know life happens. Let’s have a conversation about what consistency could look like in your life.
What will I be doing?
You will be a part of a team that gets to create fun environments for kids to find and follow Jesus. In babies, get ready to smile and make funny faces, eliciting happiness galore. For preschool, prepare to have a blast while making our youngest friends realize Jesus wants to be their friend forever! Elementary leaders, it’s all about connection as you engage in prepared activities and dynamic conversation. No matter which area you choose to serve, you will have everything you need so you get to focus on what matters most!
I'm not a teacher. How does this work?
Teachers, accountants, interior designers, students – they all serve on our team! When you serve on our team, we provide you with everything to engage with the kids. There is nothing for you to prepare before walking in on Sunday other than reading your information so you are prepared and can facilitate great activities and conversations.
Am I needed? It looks like every spot is taken.
YES! We need you! Every location is always onboarding new volunteers and leaders. We may look like we have it all covered, but as more kids call Cross Point home, we need leaders like you to create amazing experiences each week!
I am looking for community. Can I find that through serving?
Serving is one of the best ways to get to know people at Cross Point. You’ll get the opportunity to serve alongside other leaders and be a part of a team who has fun and grows spiritually.
