WHY IS BEING A GROUP LEADER IMPORTANT?
Groups are essential in the life of the church, and they wouldn’t be possible without leaders like you! Thank you for being committed to growing as a follower of Jesus and the vision of biblical community here at Cross Point. As a Group Leader, you are in a position of influence in the spiritual lives of others – that’s a responsibility, but also a privilege – one that comes with great joy and a front-row seat to helping others grow in Christ-likeness.
We recognize that high calling, and want to do our best to help equip you to lead your Group well and live out the mission of helping others find and follow Jesus!
HOW TO BECOME A GROUP LEADER
Group leaders at Cross Point play a vital role in leading people towards Jesus through life-changing community, one step at a time—we’re so thankful that you’re interested in playing a vital role in that process. Leading a group isn’t about being perfect; it’s about serving others by giving them a place to connect. As a group leader, you have the opportunity to create a safe space for people to follow Jesus, grow together and share hope in a healthy environment. But you don’t have to do this alone.

Once the application is received your campus Groups Director will reach out with next steps.
