Group leaders at Cross Point play a vital role in leading people towards Jesus through life-changing community, one step at a time—we’re so thankful that you’re interested in playing a vital role in that process.
Leading a group isn’t about being perfect; it’s about serving others by giving them a place to connect. As a group leader, you have the opportunity to create a safe space for people to follow Jesus, grow together and share hope in a healthy environment. But you don’t have to do this alone.
Our group leaders play such an important role in the lives of others, so we take great care when you join the team. Through group leader trainings and ongoing resources, we provide essential tools to help make your group successful.
HOW TO BECOME A GROUP LEADER
STEP 1
Read & sign the Group Leader Role and Expectations.
STEP 2
Once step 1 has been completed be on the lookout for an email containing a link to the Group Leader Application. Once the application is received your campus Groups Director will reach out with next steps.
